The project was approximately a 8000 square feet complete 17th floor area at park place tower, Sheikh Zayed road, UBL Head Office Dubai.

Scope of Work

a complete fit out work was done for at two zones, Zone A included new management office’s including CEO Office, Board Room, IT Room, new toilets . Zone B Scope Included Demolishing of complete 5000 sq feet of office and splitting it into two offices as per landlord requirements, complete civil work, electrical work as per dewa, Fire Fighting work as per civil defence. Raised Flooring, Tower Lobby Area, toilet area, new ceiling, and much more. Duration of project four months from April 2019 up to 31st august 2019.
